I scored a 66. This is not altogether surprising, considering my father is a plumber (totally blue collar), but now he owns his own business. I dislike that blue collar jobs mean you are lower class. Before my father owned a business, he did make more than college professors in our town.
I have lived in communities that have large numbers of people in poverty. And hey, I am friends with people who scored C’s in high school. lol. But really, I am from a working class neighborhood, my parents were working class, but are now squarely middle class.
Interesting. Check where you are? How thin is your bubble?
48–99: A lifelong resident of a working-class neighborhood with average television and movie going habits. Typical: 77.
42–100: A first-generation middle-class person with working-class parents and average television and movie going habits. Typical: 66.
11–80: A first-generation upper-middle-class person with middle-class parents. Typical: 33.
I scored a 65. Frankly, I’m surprised I didn’t score higher. Shouldn’t have checked Inception, I guess.
No surprises here.
